Project Overview

Signature Global, one of Delhi-NCR’s largest developers with tens of thousands of homes sold since 2014, wanted a better answer than brochures and flat floor plans for its under-construction Noida project, 37D. ViitorX built a holographic property experience that sits on an Axiom holographic table at the developer’s head office. Buyers gather around it and see 37D as a glowing 3D miniature: the towers, the layout, where it sits relative to Noida, the apartment types inside, and the amenities woven between the buildings. It turns a sales conversation into something people can actually look at together.
Objective
Signature Global wanted its sales floor to do more than describe 37D. The experience needed to:
- Show the whole project as an accurate 3D model on a holographic display, not a slideshow.
- Connect the project to its real location, so buyers understand where 37D sits around Noida.
- Walk buyers through apartment types, interiors, and square footage in a way they remember.
- Make amenities tangible, from gardens and pools to the open-air gym and jogging tracks.
Challenges
A holographic sales tool for property carries its own demands:
